Your Role:

As a Client Services Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for animals will shine as you assist our clients in navigating our range of pet healthcare services. Responsibilities & Engagements:

  • Welcome pet parents and their furry companions with genuine warmth and care, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing, adhering to our MustCare Vets Standards of veterinary medicine.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both humans and animals.
  • Collaborate closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to address client inquiries and concerns, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Utilise your knowledge of our pet healthcare services to educate clients and promote the well-being of their pets, fostering lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification or education in office administration preferred.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with veterinary software.
  • Genuine love for animals and an understanding of the deep bond between pets and their families.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold our MustCare Vets Standards of veterinary medicine.
